I particularly remember one day when Lefty had an impossible deadline to finish an intricate project with marble powder room and master bathroom plus floor polishing. Working over 9-10 hours a day in just few days he went above and beyond for that project to meet and even exceed customer’s expectations and fit within critical deadline. Lefty came out and polished and sealed our marble countertops. He showed up on time, easy to schedule, knew exactly how long it would take, protected the floors, appliances and surfaces, and was super nice. He knows his stone and he knows how to manage each surface. I will be using Lefty on the future for our marble countertops.

Lefty was professional, meticulous, knowledgeable and honest. My basement floors were badly damaged by pet urine from my tenant and painters who did not properly cover the floors when painting. Lefty was not able to guarantee the removal of all of the stains or the complete removal of the smell as the grout was pretty damaged and he refused to charge me unless he could guarantee his work. He was happy to look at and help with smaller tile task in another room. Would recommend again. In the end, the grout looked much better and basement no longer had pet odors!
